24 tbajee Terms and Conditions

1. General Provisions

By accessing or using the 24 tbajee platform, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these terms and conditions. This document forms a legally binding agreement between the platform and the user.

24 tbajee reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's own responsibility to review this page regularly.

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any ambiguity in language, the interpretation of 24 tbajee will be considered final.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 24 tbajee, the user must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false, incomplete or misleading information may result in the account being closed at any time and any deposited funds being forfeited.

Each person may open only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name or from the same device is strictly prohibited. Any such accounts detected will be closed immediately.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The platform may at any time request a National ID (NID), passport or other document to verify a user's identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time after a verification request, withdrawals may be placed on hold. The user's payment method must match the name and details on their account.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's responsibility to keep their password and login details confidential. Any unauthorised access to the account or suspicious activity must be reported to the support team immediately. The user bears full responsibility for sharing their account credentials.

3. Age Limit and Eligibility

Users must be at least 21 years old to open an account on the 24 tbajee platform and participate in any casino or betting activity. Minors are not permitted to use this platform.

A National ID or birth registration certificate may be requested to verify age. Providing false information about age will result in the account and all balances being forfeited.

Users must confirm that using this platform is lawful under the laws of their place of residence. 24 tbajee will not be held responsible for any legal complications that arise.

4. Deposits and Payments

4.1 Accepted Methods

The following deposit methods are currently accepted on 24 tbajee:

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳300. Deposits below this amount are not accepted and such transactions will be automatically rejected.

4.3 Transactions from Your Own Account

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking or bank account registered in the user's own name. Transactions from a third party's account are prohibited, and any such transaction detected may be placed on hold.

5. Withdrawals and Settlement

5.1 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The same methods used for deposits must be used for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket or bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount for each method is ৳800.

5.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. This time may increase if identity verification or any other review is required.

5.3 Bonus-Linked Balance

The bonus portion cannot be withdrawn unless the conditions attached to the bonus have been met. Winnings earned from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been completed.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New users making their first deposit can receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳20,000. To claim this bonus, it must be requested at the time of deposit. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. That is, on a ৳1,000 deposit receiving a ৳1,000 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,000 and a total of ৳10,000 (৳1,000 × 10) must be wagered before withdrawal.

6.2 Other Promotions

24 tbajee regularly offers various promotional offers, including weekly reload bonuses, slot-specific offers and seasonal cricket bonuses. Each promotion has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the relevant promotion page.

6.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting or any other fraudulent means is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

7. Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

All games on the 24 tbajee platform are operated in a fair and transparent manner. The platform reserves the right to void any unusual winnings resulting from a software error or technical issue.

7.2 Betting Limits

7.3 Technical Issues

24 tbajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or any form of fraud.
• Suspicion of money laundering or criminal activity.
• Refusal or delay in completing identity verification.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

If a valid, unconditional balance exists at the time of account closure, a refund process will be followed; however, this may not apply in cases of terms violations.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform's liability will be limited for any direct or indirect financial loss resulting from use of 24 tbajee, as well as for issues caused by software errors or third parties.

It is not possible to guarantee that all information, odds or statistics displayed on the platform are entirely accurate. Users place bets and make decisions at their own discretion.
